Sourcing is the first step and maybe the most important step, because finding the right supplier is the key to everything.
Finding a supplier in China is easy, but finding a supplier you can trust is a whole different thing entirely. There are so many different suppliers here that finding a good one could be compared to finding a certain straw of hay in a haystack.
We are professional sourcing agents in China. Over the years we have built up connections with hundreds of reliable suppliers and manufacturers in China. We know what suppliers to trust and who to stay away from.
Our Sourcing Process
- First we will require detailed information about the item you want us to source. We need to know the material, the quality requirements, the design and the quantity you wish to order (very important). The best thing is of course if you can send us two samples: One that we can give to the manufacturer/supplier and one that we can keep as reference during the quality control process to compare with the end product.
- Once we have sufficient information about the item you want us to find for you, we will begin the sourcing process. We will look for the item both online and at the wholesale markets. If you are looking for a supplier then it might be easier to find the item at the wholesale markets. A suppliers MOQ (minimum order quantity) will be a lot less than a manufacturers MOQ, but we might not be able to provide a 100% match for the item.
If you are looking for a manufacturer we will mainly look online. The problem with finding manufacturers online is that it can be hard to know who you can trust. To make sure that the manufacturer is trustworthy we will visit his/her factory to make sure its legit.

- Once we have found reliable suppliers/manufacturers for your item (we will always try to find more than one so that you can chose which one you like the best), we will contact you and provide you with detailed information about the supplier/manufacturer, their contact information, their factory, the price, the quality of the items etc. Now you can go ahead and contact the supplier/manufacturer yourself and order your items.
